In November 1987, I suffered a stroke. My right side was paralysed and I could not speak and remember anything.
After spending 10 days in Hospital I was sent home because not much could be done for me there anymore.
From 6 December - 22 December 1987 I received Reflexology treatment daily from Mrs. I. Heindl.
After one week I had regained my speech and after two weeks I was able to play piano again. I could not believe it myself.
In the third week I had recovered so far that I was able to fly to Italy with my Sister.
Thanks to God. I am back in the Mission again.

In November 1991 my son Clive had to have his sinuses opened, as his nose had been closed up ever since he was about two years old, from an allergy.
The day before he was to have the operation, I realised what Imelda was trying to tell me, as I did not know about reflexology. She said lets try the treatment. I immediately cancelled the appointments with the doctors and Clive went for his 1st treatment by Imelda.
During this 1st treatment his nose opened up and has been open ever since.
He had been for 4 - 5 follow-up treatments and is especially impressed to be able to smell and for the first time in his life that he can remember, be able to taste his food.
To have experienced these positive results and also of others like family, recommended by me, to be treated by Imelda, can acknowledge that this kind of healthy way to treat ailments, proof to be successful.

In October 1969 I had a brain operation for the removal of a Maningioma (brain tumour). Since then my left eye was blind and the right eye had only 20% vision. In 1980 I had a subdural Haematoma and had to be removed. In 1988 I came to Pretoria for a check-up. The result was, an other tumour, on the same place and the same size as the first one.
After the operation I was completely blind. As the tumour had already infiltrated the sinuses, I had to get Radium Treatments. The result of this was, overfunctioning of the sinuses. I had this now for two years. After Reflexology, given by Mrs. Heindl, the discharge completely disappeared. The eye sight had improved so much that I can see day and night and certain objects.

In August 1990 I was visiting Miss Helen B. in the Old Age Home at Holy Cross, Lady Selborne. Helen was sitting in a wheelchair and seemed to have lost hope.
I was distressed that she did not seem to recognise me. (We have been in contact for several years.)
In March 1991 I visited her at home and found that she was her old self again. She was talkative and axpressive. I was surprised that she had recovered so well in such a short time.
From August 1990 till March 1991 she had been given intensive Reflexology treatments by Mrs. I. Heindl and I contribute this to her amazing recovery.

Some time ago I experienced difficulties in walking. My knees and hips were very painful. I could not lift up my arms any
more, which I thought was age-related. I am 86 years old. After receiving Reflexology treatments from Mrs. Heindl, I can walk again without pain. I have regained full use of my arms and I even can write again. I am happy about my present condition.

Introduced to Imelda Heindl by my son Andrew.
The reason being that I had an operation to the spine in 1975, which left me with a partial lameness on right foot. I also suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis. After a week treatment I could get up in the morning and walk straight -a-way. I havn’t taken any tabs for my Arthritis since receiving treatments.

Reflexology Treatment by Imelda Heindl.
Having suffered for many years with my knees, having had quite a number of operations done on them -- my wife suggested that I try Reflexology; I was a complete sceptic and refused to have treatment.
However when going up and down steps became really difficult, I decided to try Reflexology.
After the first few treatment sessions I found that there was a definite improvement. After six month my knees were without pain and back to normal.
A spin off from the treatment was a sciatic nerve pain I suffered from also completely disappeared.
My daughter-in-law who had had a car accident and lost partial use of her one foot also went to Imelda for reflexology with surprising beneficial results.

On the 6th of January 1995, a Friday, my wife and I returned from an outing by car in the late afternoon. It had been a very hot day, over 40° C, the driving was strenuous. During the night I suffered a stroke, at first mistaken as a heat exhaustion. Later on, our doctor was called. He promised to come as soon as possible. When the Reflexologist Mrs. I. Heindl was informed about me, she came immediately and administered foot sole reflexology. Up to this time I do not recall anything. I was unable to speak or to move my body. When finally the doctor came, he was surprised about the improvement and prescribed on his official form to continue with the treatment. Twice a day, for at least one month. For the first 10 days Mrs. Heindl came daily to our house. Thereafter I was able to drive my car to see the doctor to show him the results and also to see Mrs. Heindl in her rooms.
After four weeks we faded out the treatment and after two month I did not feel any shortcomings any more. I could do my physical exercises again to their full extent.

this is to certify that I, C. St., am a patient of Reflexologist Imelda Heindl of 223 Jack Hindon Street, Pretoria North.
I have suffered almost 18 years ago serious injuries to my neck and back in a motorcar accident. (See the X-rays films included in this report)
After years of treatment at different chiropractitioners with varying results, I started experiencing during the month of December 1994 an increasing degree of muscle spasms and severe pain in my neck. In a desperate attempt to get relieve from my agony, I went for a series of treatments to a chiropractic clinic, which resulted in a short term relieve of my neck problems.
During the month of March 1995, my neck went into total spasms again and I could not move my head more than 10 degrees to the left or right, without experiencing severe pain and discomfort.
A friend of mine suggested then Reflexology to me.
After a series of 8 treatments, I am experiencing a dramatic recovery of the use of my neck (up to 80% improvement)
I fully realise that there is still a long road ahead before a more permanent condition has been achieved, but I am grateful for the healing which has already taken place.
I can therefore truthfully recommend that Reflexology is been given the full recognition and status as an accepted medical treatment to patients with relevant medical problems.
I am not suggesting that Reflexology should compete or replace any of the accepted medical practises i.e. Chiropractic or Physiotherapy, but it certainly deserves a place in the medical practitioners prescription book and I am a living proof of it.

I come to see Imelda after seeing her name in an advert. I have had reflexology before and knew how well it worked.
In 1996 I had a partially unsuccessful endoscopic sinus surgery but suffered all September 97 with sinus. Pills and physio lessened the problem but after 2 sessions with Imelda my sinus opened and remained open.
Imelda also worked on an old car accident, Lymph and a few other aches and pains and best of all - I did not drink a single pain, sinus or other tablet during my treatments.
Imelda, thank you, you’ll see me often!
And I’ll send my dad too.
